Payment
We accept MonCash, NatCash, Zelle, and bank transfer. Payment is requested after order confirmation, according to the terms agreed with our team.
Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination (Haiti, the Caribbean, international). They are communicated at order confirmation and may be affected by customs processing times.
Quality & claims
Our products are checked before shipping. If a product arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos, at admin@cidsahaiti.com or via WhatsApp.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Haitian law. Any dispute will first be handled amicably, failing which it will be brought before the competent courts of Haiti.
